Jacque has been helping health and human services clients meet business needs through technology for her entire career. She brings this market expertise coupled with proven, winning strategies for expanding business in this highly competitive industry, to organizations looking to enter or expand their footprint in the health and human services market.
Jacque’s work focuses on the application of technology to improve the delivery of health and human services to citizens. She seeks out clients with innovative solutions that support caseworkers and administrators so they can focus on their mission of serving children and families in need.
Prior to Captuva, Jacque led business development and captured multi-million dollar strategic pursuits for leading system integrator and product firms. Most recently, Jacque led the go-to-market transformation at a mission driven non-profit which took the organization from an unrecognized entity to one competing and winning deals against the top names in the industry.
Jacque serves as a Vice Chair for the Human Services IT Advisory Group (HSITAG), an organization that serves as a collaborative source of knowledge, educational outreach and guidance to improve the delivery of human services programs.
She is also an active member of the APHSA-ISM Conference Planning Committee, where she brings unique and innovative conference sessions from concept to reality. Jacque holds a masters in public policy from the College of William & Mary and a bachelor’s degree in political science from The State University of New York, College at Oneonta.
Jacque enjoys sailing and can be found cruising the open ocean when she isn’t helping her clients win.
